• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile details you choose to provide (such as a display name or avatar selection).
• App content. Content you create within the app — for example, tasks, worlds, and templates — is stored so your data is available across devices.
• Usage data. Basic, aggregated information about how the app is used (such as feature usage and crash reports) to help us improve reliability and performance.
• Purchase information. If you purchase a premium feature, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may store a transaction identifier to validate your purchase.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
• To sync your content across your devices.
• To validate premium purchases and restore them when you sign in on a new device.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To monitor and improve app stability and performance.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your content with advertisers.
• We do not use your data to train third-party advertising profiles.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of reputable service providers to operate the Services. These providers process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution and in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.

Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@validpotential.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make any such request, email support@validpotential.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
